We collect the information you give us when you reserve totes:
- Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
- Rental details: delivery address, pickup address, preferred package, and preferred delivery date.
- Any notes you choose to add to your reservation.
- Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
We may also receive limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, used to operate and improve the site.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Schedule and manage your tote delivery and pickup.
- Process payments and send payment links and receipts.
- Communicate with you about your reservation and provide support.
- Protect against spam and fraudulent submissions.

Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Stripe collects and processes your payment details to complete your transaction; we receive only confirmation of payment and a transaction reference. We do not see or store your full card number.Email communications
